I still can’t believe it, we are finally married! We decided to tie the knot in the beautiful Key West. Since we were paying for everything on our own, we had to think outside the box in making everything work within our budget. With Michael being Italian/Greek and I am Italian myself, we both have VERY big families. We had to narrow our guest list down as much as possible to help with cost.

I had Serendipity Beyond Designs on Etsy create my save the dates and invitations. I was looking for something vintage, fun, and tropical She was awesome to work with!
We planned out the entire weekend with an itinerary. Mostly everyone that came was from up north, so just coming down to Florida was already a vacation. I wanted to make sure that everyone had a stress free, fun, and relaxing weekend . I did not want anyone to stress at all or feel obligated to do anything, so everything on the itinerary was optional. Basically a “here we are at this time and date if you would like to join us” kinda way.
If you ever make it to Key West, I highly recommend visiting the Butterfly & Nature Conservatory!
Our rehearsal dinner was held at Blue Haven restaurant (another must go to). This was Michaels favorite place when he first visited a couple of months earlier when we were doing the planning. The food was amazing and the atmosphere is beyond unique.
On the right is my bridal party and I got them fun hats for the bachelor/bachelorette scavenger hunt for after the rehearsal dinner. They were so cute and the girls loved them!
For the girls dresses we went with Show Me Your MuMu and I had them pick out there own styles under the same color.
I was lucky enough to hire a photographer who has been taking photos of my family for years now, to come to Key West and capture our wedding!
I wanted the wedding to be personalized as much as possible. I am lucky enough to have 3 very talented sisters. My oldest sister, Danielle, did my hair. My baby sister Kaylee sings and knows how to play the ukulele (how perfect is that!), and she ended up singing “I can’t help falling in love” by Elvis as I walked down the beach. She did a great job and I was so proud of her!
The end of the night consisted of all night of dancing and then we walked back down to the beach and let at least 30 lanterns go into the sky. I couldn’t have asked for a better night.
Thank you for taking the time to read this very long and photo friendly post Please let me know of any questions or referrals and I would be happy to direct you to the right place!
