FALL FAVORITES: PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD RECIPE

This recipe can make 1 large or 3 mini loafs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or more if you’d like!)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan(s)

Combine all ingredients in a bow, mix, and fold in the chocolate chips

pour batter into loaf pans and bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

SERIOUSLY thats it!

 

Whenever I make this I literally have to make it in bulk. My mother-in-law LOVES it and I always make an extra loaf for her, and my husband will eat one whole loaf himself in one sitting!
